The Board has declared a idend of US$0.19 per American Depositary Share for the fiscal year 2018, which is expected to be paid around April 26, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 5, 2019. The determination to make idend distributions and the amount of such distributions will be made at the discretion of the Board and will be based upon the Company’s operations and earnings, cash flows, financial condition and other relevant factors.
