ENCINITAS, Calif., March 19, 2019 — The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) announced the 2019 recipients for The Nationals, its most prestigious annual award, with Zephyr taking home one gold award and three silver awards. Zephyr was awarded one gold award and two silver awards for San Diego luxury mid-rise, The Park, Bankers Hill; and one silver award for Dana Point barefoot living community, South Cove. Awards were received in the following categories:
- Gold Award: Best E-mail/Marketing/Web Banners/Rich Media Advertising (The Park, Bankers Hill
- Silver Award: Best Print Campaign – Series of Ads (The Park, Bankers Hill)
- Silver Award: Best Direct Mail Program (The Park, Bankers Hill)
- Silver Award: Best Website for a Community (South Cove)
Zephyr worked closely with Arizona-based, full-service advertising agency BluFish on the design for its award-winning collateral.

The Nationals were established in 1982 and celebrate the best new-home sales and marketing excellence in North America. The award also recognizes outstanding achievements in a variety of categories including homebuilders and communities; model homes; sales experience; websites; special promotions and more. The awards are presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council of the NAHB and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
