GP Solutions Announces New Appointments to Advisory Board

CORONA, Calif., March 11, 2019 — GP Solutions (OTC: GWPD), a leading developer of automated micro-farms, has added two prominent healthcare professionals to its Advisory Board:

Dr. William Kessler is the director of a multi-disciplinary health and wellness center, which also functions as a premier externship teaching facility. Dr. Kessler has worked with the U.S. Figure Skating Team, AVP Pro Beach Volleyball, and USA Wrestling team.

Dr. Raid Iskander graduated Stanford University with specific expertise in drug-free pain management. Dr. Iskander has worked with Delta Airlines Ski Team, Simple Green Bike Team, and Wrangler Rodeo Tour.

GP Solutions developed “GrowPods” – transportable, stackable, modular indoor micro-farms that grow the highest quality food in a controlled environment that is free from contaminants, pathogens, or pesticides.

Using GP Solutions’ own proprietary organic soilless growth medium, as well as unique hydroponic technologies and patented air and water filtration, GrowPod can produce some of the highest quality produce in the world.

“We are pleased to have these esteemed iniduals join our Board of Advisors as we continue our march toward improving produce quality and access worldwide,” said George Natzic, President of GP Solutions. “Our goal is nothing short of disrupting and reimagining the global agriculture industry.”

The demand for high quality produce has been driven by consumers who are aware of the use of chemicals and pesticides in agriculture. Widely-used pesticides such as glyphosate can lead to reproductive problems, cancer, and damaged DNA. Glyphosate is being used in about 94% soya crops and more than 89% corn cultivated in U.S.
