LAS VEGAS, March 19, 2019 — Customer Contact Week is celebrating 20 years of CCW this year, and bringing together an impressive and inspiring line-up of celebrities and entrepreneurs for the main stage. Magic Johnson left the basketball court for the boardroom, and parlayed the skills and tenacity he acquired on the court into a winning formula for his successful business ventures.

Nancy Brinker became the leader of the breast cancer movement in memory of her sister, Susan. Her determination to create a world without breast cancer is matched by her passion for enlisting every segment of society- from leaders to citizens- to participate in the battle.

Tony Hsieh joined Zappos as an advisory and investor, and eventually became CEO when he helped Zappos grow from almost no sales in 1999 to the multi-billion dollar company it is today. He continues to help build Zappos as a company dedicated to customer service, company culture, and community.

Frank Caliendo has been on Fox NFL Sunday Pregame, ESPN Sunday NFL Countdown, MadTV, and Comedy Central & TBS specials. He’s the celebrity entertainment for the CCW Excellence Awards Gala, January 25, 2019.
