GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands, March 19, 2019 — Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ Global Select Market: CWCO), a leading developer and operator of seawater desalination plants, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash idend of $0.085 per share.
The cash idend is payable April 30, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 1, 2019.
