CHICAGO, March 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — August Jackson, a leading brand engagement agency focused on branding, campaign development and multi-channel activation, has announced the addition of Jacque Patterson as Executive Vice President (EVP) to lead the agency’s expansion of its Employee Engagement practice. Ms. Patterson’s deep expertise in organizational effectiveness will help the agency’s clients in the corporate, higher education and non-profit sectors align their people practices with their purpose.

In her 25-year career, Ms. Patterson has lead Human Resource efforts at agencies, including Jack Morton Worldwide (IPG) and Omnicom, and at ACT Assessment Technologies. Most recently, working independently and at Slalom Consulting, Ms. Patterson guided companies through organizational design, culture and behavior initiatives during times of transformation and change.
In addition to her client-facing role, Ms. Patterson will direct the agency’s internal People & Culture efforts, as the development of top-tier talent is essential to meeting the demands of rapid growth; in the last three years, the agency has doubled both its revenues and the size of its staff.
